RENTAL POOL INTERIOR indicates the Listing Price includes an interior dcor that has been upgraded and suitable for Rental Pool (RP) participation and participates in the Cost Sharing Program (The Cost Sharing Program allows the Seller to pass on to Purchaser the right to collect reimbursement due the Seller on portion of prior refurbishment cost; this Program has contingencies; see Sales Counselor for details) Rental Pool interiors are subject to inspection as certain deficiencies to RP standards may require correction, prior to entry into the RP.
